Outputs — including AI-generated analysis — may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date and are provided for learning and research purposes only. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make and should seek independent, licensed advice before acting.
5. Data Sources
All market data, stock information, news, and financial figures are sourced from publicly available information (including but not limited to Yahoo Finance, public APIs, and third-party data providers). We make no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, which may be delayed or inaccurate.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Ausdata expressly disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or any loss arising directly or indirectly from your use of, or reliance on, any content, data, or analysis provided on this platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or the cost of doing so. Use of this platform is entirely at your own risk.
